Fox series in the snow - unique and entertaining - until the mouse was caught. The story from the fox's point of view:
"Hello everyone. I'm the sly fox from the Zurich Oberland. After the fresh snow fell during the night, I was pretty hungry in the morning and set off from my den.
The layer of snow had grown to 30 cm and I had found a promising spot. But I had a hard time locating the mouse under the layer of snow. I sniffed, I dug, I jumped up and then went deeper into the snow.
After half an hour, my perseverance finally paid off and the mouse was caught. A tasty morsel and my growling stomach was over for the time being.
However, I didn't realize that I had been hunting quite close to a house and a photographer shot this unique series of pictures of me. From start to finish, these pictures prove it. I'm quite proud of that, because only single pictures of my fellow species have ever appeared. It happened at Easter 2008."
