Making the inconspicuous visible
I try to capture this on 1 square meter of macrocosm with my "third eye".
In these small worlds, I can escape the noisy world and devote myself to the quiet sounds. Transience is real and the pile of leaves is swept away by the gardener on the same day.
The series was created in the botanical garden in Grüningen, the autumn fog let the sun through and the moisture on the leaves slowly evaporated.
Against the light, the water droplets appear blurred like small galaxies.
The analog macro lens from the 1980s emphasizes the beauty of imperfection with its aberrations.
